We are seeking a full-time Commercial / Residential Service Coordinator/Dispatcher, The ideal candidate will be reliable, results-oriented, self-motivated, flexible and have a positive attitude. In this role, you will be required to:

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess Client Needs: Evaluate client requirements and develop customized service plans.
  • Coordinate Services: Schedule appointments, manage service visits, and dispatch technicians or
  • service providers.
  • Client Communication: Keep clients informed about service status, respond to inquiries, and resolve complaints.
  • Liaison with Providers: Work closely with service providers to ensure services meet client expectations and negotiate contracts or agreements when necessary.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of services, client feedback, and service outcomes to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvements.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on service activities and outcomes for management review.
  • Quality Improvement: Conduct client satisfaction surveys and implement improvements based on feedback.

Required Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and service teams.
  • Organizational and time management skills to coordinate multiple services and appointments efficiently.
  • Problem-solving abilities to address client issues and service delivery challenges
  • Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and monitoring service quality.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and service standards, particularly in healthcare or social services.
  • Coordinate service efforts with all office staff.
  • Be detail oriented.
  • Be a team player.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • High school diploma/GED required (Associated degree or higher education is preferred).
  • Strong negotiating and communication skills required.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Dependable and have a great work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.10 - $29.02 per hour
