About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Website Developer to design and build a professional, user-friendly website for our company. This website will be a core part of our business, focused on lead generation, SEO optimization, and smooth scheduling integrations. The ideal candidate understands not only web design and development but also how to create a website that flows well, drives traffic, and converts visitors into customers.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and develop a modern, responsive website optimized for desktop and mobile.</li><li>Implement lead generation tools such as contact forms, gated content, and calls-to-action.</li><li>Set up SEO best practices (on-page optimization, metadata, site speed, keyword integration, etc.).</li><li>Integrate a call scheduling system (such as Calendly or similar).</li><li>Create a logical site flow and navigation that provides an excellent user experience.</li><li>Ensure the website is secure, fast-loading, and easy to update.</li><li>Provide guidance on analytics and tracking to measure performance.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience building websites that drive results (portfolio required).</li><li>Strong skills in front-end and back-end development (WordPress, Webflow, or other platforms).</li><li>Experience with SEO and digital marketing principles.</li><li>Familiarity with scheduling integrations and CRM connections.</li><li>Ability to design with both aesthetics and functionality in mind.</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, FreelancePay: $23.49 - $28.29 per hourWork Location: In person
