Web Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Website Developer to design and build a professional, user-friendly website for our company. This website will be a core part of our business, focused on lead generation, SEO optimization, and smooth scheduling integrations. The ideal candidate understands not only web design and development but also how to create a website that flows well, drives traffic, and converts visitors into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop a modern, responsive website optimized for desktop and mobile.
• Implement lead generation tools such as contact forms, gated content, and calls-to-action.
• Set up SEO best practices (on-page optimization, metadata, site speed, keyword integration, etc.).
• Integrate a call scheduling system (such as Calendly or similar).
• Create a logical site flow and navigation that provides an excellent user experience.
• Ensure the website is secure, fast-loading, and easy to update.
• Provide guidance on analytics and tracking to measure performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building websites that drive results (portfolio required).
• Strong skills in front-end and back-end development (WordPress, Webflow, or other platforms).
• Experience with SEO and digital marketing principles.
• Familiarity with scheduling integrations and CRM connections.
• Ability to design with both aesthetics and functionality in mind.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $23.49 - $28.29 per hour
