OverviewAt Hines Park Apartments, we&rsquo;re searching for a detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to coordinate leasing efforts and maintain positive tenant relations.The ideal candidate excels in customer service, conflict resolution, and property management, ensuring a seamless leasing process while maintaining high tenant satisfaction and compliance with Fair Housing regulations.Responsibilities<ul><li>Promote and market available units, conduct property tours, and process applications.</li><li>Respond to tenant inquiries, address concerns, and manage lease renewals.</li><li>Assist with move-ins to ensure a smooth transition for new residents.</li><li>Conduct unit inspections to maintain quality standards.</li><li>Foster strong tenant relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.</li><li>Utilize Yardi (or similar software) for leasing tasks, record-keeping, and reporting.</li><li>Collaborate with the property management team to maximize occupancy and minimize turnover.</li><li>Track and oversee maintenance requests using CMMS to ensure timely resolution.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in leasing or property management (preferred).</li><li>Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations (a plus).</li><li>Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Spanish (a plus).</li><li>Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.</li><li>High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.</li><li>Familiarity with Yardi software (a plus).</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay</li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO) and sick leave</li><li>Supportive team environment with growth opportunities</li></ul>If you are a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about leasing and tenant relations, we encourage you to apply and join the Hines Park Apartments team.Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
