 Lakewood Yacht Club is seeking a professional, service-driven Bartender to join our Food &amp; Beverage team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service across multiple service areas, including the main bar, banquet events, and outdoor pool bar.  Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with club standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to members and guests
 </li>
 <li>
 Operate efficiently across multiple service areas, including main bar, banquet bar, and pool bar
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain full knowledge of drink menus, classic cocktails, wine, and beer offerings
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure bars are properly stocked, organized, and clean at all times
 </li>
 <li>
 Set up and break down bar areas for daily service and special events
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow all TABC and safety regulations regarding alcohol service
 </li>
 <li>
 Accurately handle tabs, and POS transactions
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with wine service and large-scale banquet functions as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with management and team members to ensure smooth service flow
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor guest consumption and promote responsible alcohol service
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Previous bartending experience required (private club or high-volume environment preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
 </li>
 <li>
 TABC certification required (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Physical Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Ability to stand for extended periods
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work both indoor and outdoor environments, including heat at the pool bar
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Salary: $7.00 per hour
