Lakewood Yacht Club is seeking a professional, service-driven Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service across multiple service areas, including the main bar, banquet events, and outdoor pool bar. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with club standards

Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to members and guests

Operate efficiently across multiple service areas, including main bar, banquet bar, and pool bar

Maintain full knowledge of drink menus, classic cocktails, wine, and beer offerings

Ensure bars are properly stocked, organized, and clean at all times

Set up and break down bar areas for daily service and special events

Follow all TABC and safety regulations regarding alcohol service

Accurately handle tabs, and POS transactions

Assist with wine service and large-scale banquet functions as needed

Work closely with management and team members to ensure smooth service flow

Monitor guest consumption and promote responsible alcohol service
Qualifications

Previous bartending experience required (private club or high-volume environment preferred)

Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

TABC certification required (or ability to obtain prior to employment)

Salary: $7.00 per hour
