This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills while working in a dynamic and fast-paced atmosphere.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with precision, flair, and attention to detail, ensuring each drink meets quality standards.</li><li>Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations based on their preferences.</li><li>Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by handling food and beverages responsibly, adhering to health regulations.</li><li>Assist in setting up bar areas for service, restocking supplies, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.</li><li>Handle cashing out customers with accuracy, managing cash handling duties while maintaining a balanced register.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy nights or events like banquets and catering functions.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially within fine dining or nightclub settings.</li><li>Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for seamless transaction processing.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and enhance their experience.</li><li>Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods efficiently.</li><li>Familiarity with food safety practices, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving protocols.</li><li>Basic math skills including retail math for accurate cash handling and transaction management.</li><li>Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus, demonstrating versatility across different service environments.
