Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with precision, flair, and attention to detail, ensuring each drink meets quality standards.
• Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by handling food and beverages responsibly, adhering to health regulations.
• Assist in setting up bar areas for service, restocking supplies, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
• Handle cashing out customers with accuracy, managing cash handling duties while maintaining a balanced register.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy nights or events like banquets and catering functions.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially within fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for seamless transaction processing.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and enhance their experience.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods efficiently.
• Familiarity with food safety practices, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving protocols.
• Basic math skills including retail math for accurate cash handling and transaction management.
• Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus, demonstrating versatility across different service environments.
