 &middot; Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
 
 
 &middot; Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 
 
 &middot; Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management tools)
 
 
 &middot; Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
 
 
 &middot; Professional, discreet, and adaptable
 
 
 &middot; Reliable transportation for occasional in-person needs
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 &middot; Manage calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination
 
 
 &middot; Draft and respond to emails and correspondence
 
 
 &middot; Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up notes
 
 
 &middot; Track tasks, deadlines, and key business priorities
 
 
 &middot; Assist with project coordination and workflow management
 
 
 &middot; Proficient in data analytics and invoices
 
 
 &middot; Conduct research (vendors, marketing opportunities, tools, partnerships)
 
 
 &middot; Help implement systems to improve organization and efficiency
 
 
 &middot; Support light bookkeeping, invoicing, or expense tracking as needed
 
 
 &middot; Assist with travel planning and itinerary preparation
 
 
 &middot; Handle occasional personal errands or appointments
 
 
 &middot; Support organization of documents and records
