This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills while making a lasting impact on children&rsquo;s lives.Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, including play-based learning and educational exercises.</li><li>Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times by following established health and safety protocols.</li><li>Support children with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices.</li><li>Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage cooperation and emotional regulation.</li><li>Maintain clear communication with parents and guardians regarding children&rsquo;s progress and daily experiences.</li><li>Assist in classroom management by organizing materials, setting up learning stations, and maintaining a clean environment.</li><li>Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care when needed.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or similar environments.</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices.</li><li>Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly preferred to ensure immediate response to emergencies.</li><li>Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in special education is a plus.</li><li>Strong classroom management skills combined with patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young learners.</li><li>Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of children and support their individual needs.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to collaborate with parents, colleagues, and caregivers effectively.
