As a Luxury Real Estate Agent, the focus is on representing high-end properties across Dubai&rsquo;s most prestigious communities, working with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and discerning clients. The role involves building strong relationships, offering a consultative approach, and delivering a seamless, premium experience from first interaction through to closing. This is a relationship-led, service-driven position with strong earning potential, high-value stock, and the support of an experienced, well-connected team.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors
 </li>
 <li>
 List, market, and represent luxury properties across prime locations
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver a tailored, consultative service aligned with client needs and expectations
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and high-end inventory
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the full sales or leasing process from enquiry to completion
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct high-quality property viewings and presentations
 </li>
 <li>
 Source new business opportunities through networking and referrals
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all transactions and documentation are fully compliant
 </li>

 What We&rsquo;re Looking For

 Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or high-end sales
 </li>

 Strong understanding of Dubai&rsquo;s luxury property market
 </li>
 <li>
 Polished communication and presentation skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to build trust with high-value clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Target-driven with a professional, entrepreneurial mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong negotiation and closing ability
 </li>
 <li>
 UAE driver&rsquo;s license
 </li>
