We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and a welcoming environment for all our guests.Position Summary: As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the front-of-house operations to ensure that our guests receive top-notch service. You will lead, train, and motivate our staff, manage daily operations, and work to create a welcoming and efficient environment for both guests and employees.Ideal Candidate Background: The ideal candidate will have a background in full service, casual restaurant operations. Experience in bar centric concepts is a plus. Fast food/Fast Casual experience will not qualify for this position.Key Responsibilities:Guest Experience:<ul><li>Ensure that all guests receive prompt and courteous service.</li><li>Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.</li><li>Monitor and enhance the guest experience by observing service and quality of food and beverage</li></ul>Guest Experience:<ul><li>Recruit, train, and develop front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts.</li><li>Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs within budgetary guidelines.</li><li>Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.</li></ul>Operations Management:<ul><li>Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for guests and staff.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.</li></ul>Financial Management:<ul><li>Monitor and control expenses related to front-of-house operations.</li><li>Assist in developing and managing budgets and financial plans.</li><li>Analyze sales and service performance to identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Responsible for weekly inventory and to ensure costs are aligned with budget</li></ul>Team Leadership:<ul><li>Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.</li><li>Lead by example, setting high standards for service and professionalism.</li><li>Encourage and implement team initiatives to improve service quality and efficiency.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Service Manager in a similar role within the hospitality industry.</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.</li><li>Knowledge of service protocols, health and safety regulations, and hospitality best practices.</li><li>Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance allowance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Employee discounts</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and advancement</li></ul>How to Apply: If you are a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you.
