Your leadership skills and passion for outdoor maintenance will help drive our mission to transform landscapes into vibrant, healthy environments.Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and supervise a crew of landscaping and lawn care technicians to complete daily maintenance tasks efficiently and safely</li><li>Perform landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and planting to enhance aesthetic appeal</li><li>Conduct tree care tasks such as pruning, cabling, or removal with safety and precision</li><li>Coordinate construction projects like installing new landscape features or retaining walls while adhering to project specifications</li><li>Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections, cleaning, repairs, and scheduling necessary service</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or lawn care with a strong understanding of horticulture principles preferred but not required</li><li>Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and small machinery preferred but not required</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Excellent communication skills for supervising team members and coordinating with clients or project managers</li><li>A proactive attitude with a focus on safety standards and quality workmanship</li><li>Must have a valid driver's license and a dependable way to and from work</li></ul>This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership abilities while working outdoors in diverse environments.
