Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of landscaping and lawn care technicians to complete daily maintenance tasks efficiently and safely
• Perform landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and planting to enhance aesthetic appeal
• Conduct tree care tasks such as pruning, cabling, or removal with safety and precision
• Coordinate construction projects like installing new landscape features or retaining walls while adhering to project specifications
• Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections, cleaning, repairs, and scheduling necessary service

Skills

• Experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or lawn care with a strong understanding of horticulture principles preferred but not required
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and small machinery preferred but not required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills for supervising team members and coordinating with clients or project managers
• A proactive attitude with a focus on safety standards and quality workmanship
• Must have a valid driver's license and a dependable way to and from work

Pay: $100.00 - $150.00 per day
