Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will be working on a variety of outdoor projects from Hardscape installations, tree/shrub/perennial planting, mulch installation, Lawn seeding and many more. We also work in the off season(winter months) on Masonry stone(fireplace stone) installations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.Duties<ul><li>Perform a wide variety of Hardscape installations including Patios, steps, walls a sidewalks</li><li>Perform a variety of Landscape installations including Lawn seeding, plant installation, mulch installation etc.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while ensuring high-quality results.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in Landscape installations preferred but willing to train.</li><li>Familiarity with hand tools and equipment used in gardening and groundskeeping is advantageous.</li><li>Basic mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment maintenance is a plus.</li><li>Ability to dig, lift, and perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.</li><li>A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the landscaping field.</li></ul>Join us in creating beautiful outdoor spacesJob Types: Full-time, SeasonalPay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourAbility to Commute:<ul><li>Hayward, WI 54843 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Hayward, WI 54843: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
