Landscape Crew Member

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will be working on a variety of outdoor projects from Hardscape installations, tree/shrub/perennial planting, mulch installation, Lawn seeding and many more. We also work in the off season(winter months) on Masonry stone(fireplace stone) installations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform a wide variety of Hardscape installations including Patios, steps, walls a sidewalks
• Perform a variety of Landscape installations including Lawn seeding, plant installation, mulch installation etc.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while ensuring high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Landscape installations preferred but willing to train.
• Familiarity with hand tools and equipment used in gardening and groundskeeping is advantageous.
• Basic mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to dig, lift, and perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the landscaping field.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
