Job Description

Vision Lawn Care is seeking dependable and motivated Lawn Care Crew Members to join our growing team. Crew Members are responsible for providing high-quality lawn maintenance and landscaping services to residential and commercial clients while representing our company with professionalism and care.
NOT a Driving Position.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn maintenance services including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
• Assist with landscaping tasks such as mulching, planting, and seasonal cleanups
• Safely operate lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Load, unload, and maintain tools and equipment
• Follow job instructions and company safety procedures
• Work efficiently as part of a team to complete daily routes on time
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at job sites
• Communicate respectfully with customers and crew leaders
• Must wear PPE and company uniform (safety glasses, hearing protection, VLC shirt etc.)

Qualifications

• Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and positive attitude
• Ability to follow directions and work well with others

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
