Job DescriptionVision Lawn Care is seeking dependable and motivated Lawn Care Crew Members to join our growing team. Crew Members are responsible for providing high-quality lawn maintenance and landscaping services to residential and commercial clients while representing our company with professionalism and care. NOT a Driving Position.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform lawn maintenance services including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing</li><li>Assist with landscaping tasks such as mulching, planting, and seasonal cleanups</li><li>Safely operate lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)</li><li>Load, unload, and maintain tools and equipment</li><li>Follow job instructions and company safety procedures</li><li>Work efficiently as part of a team to complete daily routes on time</li><li>Maintain a clean and professional appearance at job sites</li><li>Communicate respectfully with customers and crew leaders</li><li>Must wear PPE and company uniform (safety glasses, hearing protection, VLC shirt etc.)</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred but not required</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions</li><li>Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor</li><li>Reliable transportation to and from work</li><li>Strong work ethic, punctuality, and positive attitude</li><li>Ability to follow directions and work well with others</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, SeasonalPay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Pasadena, MD 21122 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
