Job Summary

Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Landscape Crew Member and bring outdoor spaces to life! In this energetic role, you will be actively involved in maintaining and enhancing residential and commercial, landscapes. Your hands-on work will include operating a variety of tools and equipment, performing landscape maintenance tasks, and supporting the creation of beautiful, functional outdoor environments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in horticulture, landscape construction, and site upkeep while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Duties

• Assist with landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, edging, pruning, and trimming trees and shrubs to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal
• Operate power tools including trimmers, blowers, lawn mowers, and hand tools to perform routine landscaping tasks efficiently
• Support planting projects by identifying plants, preparing soil, and installing new greenery or hardscape features like pathways and patios.
• Execute seasonal tasks such as snow plowing and removal to keep outdoor spaces safe and accessible during winter months

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge with familiarity in operating hand tools and power equipment safely
• Experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or lawn care is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of tree care practices including trimming and pruning techniques
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
• Prior experience with snow plowing or snow removal equipment is advantageous
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills in landscaping and site maintenance

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
