Salary Range</b>: $12 to $14/hour depending upon experience</p><p>
Job Duties: Maintain routine care and upkeep of assigned properties that involve:</p><div><ul><li>
Mowing of grass using Z-turn commercial mowers</li><li>
Edging of curbs and flower beds</li><li>
Trim grass with weed eater</li><li>
Blowing of leaves and brush</li><li>
Pruning of trees and shrubs</li><li>
General cleanup</li><li>
Assist with occasional small enhancement projects</li></ul></div><p>
Requirements:</p><div><ul><li>
Knowledge and skill in operating lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions</li><li>
Must be able to lift 50 lbs</li><li>
Must be able to work a normal Monday-Friday work week. Shifts vary 7:00 am &ndash; 4:00 pm, with potential overtime, including Saturdays, when needed during the growing season.</li></ul></div></div>
