If you&rsquo;re passionate about horticulture, enjoy supervising teams, and thrive in outdoor environments, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact on our clients&rsquo; landscapes while advancing your career.Duties<ul><li>Lead and supervise a crew of landscapers on daily tasks including landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, and construction projects</li><li>Plan and organize work schedules to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards</li><li>Perform landscape installation, pruning, planting, irrigation setup, and tree care with precision and attention to detail</li><li>Oversee safety protocols and ensure all team members follow proper procedures to maintain a safe work environment</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress</li><li>Conduct routine maintenance inspections of tools, equipment, and landscape features to ensure optimal performance</li><li>Mentor team members in horticultural techniques, equipment operation, and best practices for landscape maintenance</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven supervising experience in landscaping or related outdoor maintenance fields</li><li>Strong background in landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, irrigation systems, and horticulture practices</li><li>Knowledge of construction techniques relevant to landscaping projects including planting beds, hardscaping elements, and turf installation</li><li>Experience with tree care procedures such as pruning and health assessment</li><li>Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate a team effectively</li><li>Familiarity with safety regulations related to outdoor work environments and equipment operation</li><li>Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail</li></ul>Embark on a rewarding career where your leadership transforms outdoor spaces into vibrant landscapes!
