Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team! Hybrid position- 2 days in office/ 3 days home.Duties<ul><li>Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills</li><li>Assist clients with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints with a positive attitude</li><li>Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new services and offerings</li><li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our CRM system using Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications</li><li>Support client services by processing transactions such as cash handling and account updates efficiently and accurately</li><li>Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement</li><li>Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail</li><li>Process part warranty claims.</li><li>Register warranty for new equipment.</li><li>Process/ coordinate permitting and inspections.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred</li><li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively</li><li>Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy</li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills required</li><li>Experience with outbound calling, client services, or sales is advantageous</li><li>Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and maintain confidentiality</li><li>Prior experience in customer service roles for Service companies a Plus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Wake Forest, NC 27587
