Customer Service Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team! This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your communication skills while contributing to a vibrant, customer-focused environment. Hybrid position- 2 days in office/ 3 days home.

Duties

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Assist clients with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints with a positive attitude
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new services and offerings
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our CRM system using Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications
  • Support client services by processing transactions such as cash handling and account updates efficiently and accurately
  • Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Process part warranty claims.
  • Register warranty for new equipment.
  • Process/ coordinate permitting and inspections.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
  • Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills required
  • Experience with outbound calling, client services, or sales is advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and maintain confidentiality
  • Prior experience in customer service roles for Service companies a Plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
