Lanphere Auto Group + Motorcycles is looking for an experienced Warranty Specialist to join our tight-knit, supportive team. This full-time, onsite role is perfect for someone who loves getting the details right, takes pride in accurate work, and enjoys working with people who’ve got your back.

What you’ll be doing: 
<ul>
<li>Auditing repair orders and documents so they’re OEM-ready</li>
<li>Submitting warranty claims quickly and correctly to keep cash flowing</li>
<li>Reconciling schedules and tracking payments so nothing slips through the cracks</li>
<li>Following up on rejections and resubmissions to get every dollar earned</li>
<li>Working closely with service advisors, techs, and accounting to keep processes smooth</li>
<li>Staying on top of manufacturer bulletins and updates—because you like being the go-to expert</li>
</ul>
What we’re looking for: 
<ul>
<li>Minimum 1 year of dealership warranty processing experience (required)</li>
<li>Sharp attention to detail—numbers, dates, and documentation matter to you</li>
<li>Comfort with DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, LightSpeed)</li>
<li>Bonus points for warranty schedule/reconciliation experience</li>
<li>The kind of person who follows through, stays organized, and enjoys being part of a winning team</li>
