Lanphere Auto Group + Motorcycles is looking for an experienced Warranty Specialist to join our tight-knit, supportive team. This full-time, onsite role is perfect for someone who loves getting the details right, takes pride in accurate work, and enjoys working with people who’ve got your back.

What you’ll be doing:

• Auditing repair orders and documents so they’re OEM-ready
• Submitting warranty claims quickly and correctly to keep cash flowing
• Reconciling schedules and tracking payments so nothing slips through the cracks
• Following up on rejections and resubmissions to get every dollar earned
• Working closely with service advisors, techs, and accounting to keep processes smooth
• Staying on top of manufacturer bulletins and updates—because you like being the go-to expert

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 1 year of dealership warranty processing experience (required)
• Sharp attention to detail—numbers, dates, and documentation matter to you
• Comfort with DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, LightSpeed)
• Bonus points for warranty schedule/reconciliation experience
• The kind of person who follows through, stays organized, and enjoys being part of a winning team
