Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Infrastructure &amp; Uptime: Ensure critical facility systems (HVAC, power, utilities) and test machines achieve uptime through robust monitoring and response.</li><li>Preventive Maintenance: Plan and execute scheduled preventive maintenance; achieve PM compliance for buildings and equipment.</li><li>Calibration &amp; Compliance: Ensure all equipment is calibrated, validated, and documented on time; 100% compliance with calibration schedules and ISO 17025 requirements.</li><li>Breakdown Response: Manage incident response and repairs: critical equipment restored within TAT, non-critical within TAT.</li><li>Audits &amp; Regulatory: Support audits; target zero major and minor maintenance-related non-conformities across ISO 17025, safety, and client audits.</li><li>Safety &amp; Risk: Maintain a safe environment; drive safety systems compliance and target zero reportable incidents.</li><li>Cost &amp; Budget: Manage maintenance expenditure within budget while maintaining service levels.</li><li>Sustainability &amp; Energy: Monitor and optimize energy use; target year-on-year reduction in energy per test output.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Engineering degree (Mech./Elec./Facility/Industrial) or equivalent.</li><li>3+ years in facility/equipment maintenance, preferably in lab/technical operations.</li><li>Knowledge of ISO 17025 and calibration systems.</li><li>Strong planning, problem solving, safety focus, and communication.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Relevant: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
