Key Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure & Uptime: Ensure critical facility systems (HVAC, power, utilities) and test machines achieve uptime through robust monitoring and response.
- Preventive Maintenance: Plan and execute scheduled preventive maintenance; achieve PM compliance for buildings and equipment.
- Calibration & Compliance: Ensure all equipment is calibrated, validated, and documented on time; 100% compliance with calibration schedules and ISO 17025 requirements.
- Breakdown Response: Manage incident response and repairs: critical equipment restored within TAT, non-critical within TAT.
- Audits & Regulatory: Support audits; target zero major and minor maintenance-related non-conformities across ISO 17025, safety, and client audits.
- Safety & Risk: Maintain a safe environment; drive safety systems compliance and target zero reportable incidents.
- Cost & Budget: Manage maintenance expenditure within budget while maintaining service levels.
- Sustainability & Energy: Monitor and optimize energy use; target year-on-year reduction in energy per test output.
Requirements:
- Engineering degree (Mech./Elec./Facility/Industrial) or equivalent.
- 3+ years in facility/equipment maintenance, preferably in lab/technical operations.
- Knowledge of ISO 17025 and calibration systems.
- Strong planning, problem solving, safety focus, and communication.
