 We are looking for
 
 Vice President &ndash; Sales
 
 that will lead the overall sales function at Lapis Properties, shaping strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring superior client engagement. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in real estate leadership, strategic planning, and team management, with the ability to align sales initiatives with the company&rsquo;s growth objectives.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company&rsquo;s vision, mission, and revenue goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive insights to strengthen market positioning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the executive team to define pricing, product positioning, and sales goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and collective targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish performance metrics, KPIs, and incentive structures to drive productivity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee recruitment, training, and professional development of sales personnel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise all aspects of the sales cycle&mdash;from prospecting to deal closure and client retention.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage relationships with brokers, agents, corporate clients, and institutional investors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the company at major industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support international sales expansion and overseas investor relations.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in real estate, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a developer or large brokerage.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven success in leading high-performing sales teams and delivering measurable results.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of Dubai&rsquo;s real estate market and current RERA regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of English (Arabic is an advantage).
 
 </li>
