Responsibilities</b></h2><ul><li>
Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment</li><li>
Accurately enter approved invoices, ensuring correct allocation to units and accounts</li><li>
Communicate with vendors to resolve questions or discrepancies regarding invoices or statements</li><li>
Respond promptly and professionally to all vendor inquiries</li><li>
Maintain organized accounts payable reports and files</li><li>
Perform general administrative tasks, including filing and copying</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required</li><li>
Two to three years of previous accounts payable experience preferred</li><li>
Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy</li><li>
Solid mathematics skills</li><li>
Excellent customer service and communication abilities</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Compensation</b></h2><p><b>
