You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy staying active throughout your day.What You&rsquo;ll Do This is a cross-trained role combining patient care and administrative support. Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Welcoming and assisting patients with warmth and professionalism</li><li>Managing patient flow from check-in through treatment and discharge</li><li>Assisting the chiropractor during patient visits and documenting care</li><li>Performing basic therapies (e.g., heat/cold therapy, electrical stimulation)</li><li>Taking patient vitals and supporting intake procedures</li><li>Maintaining accurate records and ensuring patient privacy (HIPAA compliance)</li><li>Scheduling appointments and assisting with phones and front desk tasks</li><li>Coordinating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations</li><li>Keeping treatment areas and office spaces clean, safe, and organized</li><li>Assisting with insurance-related tasks, filing, and office administration</li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li>Excellent customer service and communication skills</li><li>Strong multitasking and organizational abilities</li><li>A positive attitude and team-first mindset</li><li>Comfort with being on your feet and staying active throughout your shift</li><li>Basic computer and administrative skills (data entry, scheduling, etc.)</li><li>Willingness to learn&mdash;we will train the right candidate</li></ul>Schedule Part-time (approximately 21&ndash;24 hours per week; hours may extend beyond office times):<ul><li>Monday: 8:00 AM &ndash; 12:00 PM</li><li>Tuesday: Closed</li><li>Wednesday: 8:00 AM &ndash; 12:00 PM &amp; 2:00 PM &ndash; 5:00 PM</li><li>Thursday: 2:00 PM &ndash; 6:00 PM</li><li>Friday: 7:00 AM &ndash; 1:00 PM</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re looking for a role where you can grow, stay active, and help others feel their best every day, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.This role requires being on your feet for most of the shift, including walking, bending, and assisting patients.
