We’re a busy, patient-centered chiropractic office looking for a Chiropractic / Office Assistant to work closely with our doctor, patients, and team. This is a hands-on, dynamic role where no two days are the same, and where your work truly makes a difference in people’s health and well-being.

What You’ll Do
This is a cross-trained role combining patient care and administrative support. Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and assisting patients with warmth and professionalism
- Managing patient flow from check-in through treatment and discharge
- Assisting the chiropractor during patient visits and documenting care
- Performing basic therapies (e.g., heat/cold therapy, electrical stimulation)
- Taking patient vitals and supporting intake procedures
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring patient privacy (HIPAA compliance)
- Scheduling appointments and assisting with phones and front desk tasks
- Coordinating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Keeping treatment areas and office spaces clean, safe, and organized
- Assisting with insurance-related tasks, filing, and office administration

Schedule
Part-time (approximately 21–24 hours per week; hours may extend beyond office times):
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Tuesday: Closed
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
