 Key Responsibilities
 
 <ul>

 Represent employers in employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination suits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle wage and hour litigation, including class actions and PAGA claims.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide employment counseling on policies, discipline, termination, and wage/hour compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft and review employment manuals and internal policies.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 Key Qualifications

 J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Admission to the California Bar.
 </li>
 <li>
 1 - 4 years of employment litigation and counseling experience.

 Strong writing, communication, and client management skills.
