Key Responsibilities:

• Handle employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour cases
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Participate in mediations, depositions, hearings, and negotiations
• Collaborate with a highly experienced team focused exclusively on representing management in labor and employment matters

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of employment litigation experience required
• Labor law experience is a plus
• Strong academic credentials
• Must be admitted to practice in New Jersey and able to start immediately under NJ licensure
