Key Responsibilities:

Handle employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour cases

Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs

Participate in mediations, depositions, hearings, and negotiations

Collaborate with a highly experienced team focused exclusively on representing management in labor and employment matters
Qualifications:

3-5 years of employment litigation experience required

Labor law experience is a plus
