If you enjoy helping people, have an excellent phone presence, and love working in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!Primary Responsibilities:<ul><li>Customer Support: Answer phones, assist customers with inquiries, and create work orders.</li><li>Order Management: Place orders for customers and coordinate with vendors.</li><li>Communication: Maintain clear contact with technicians, managers, and customers regarding schedules and lead times.</li><li>Database Management: Keep customer records accurate and up-to-date.</li><li>Proposals: Assist in building and presenting service proposals to clients.</li><li>Teamwork: Work closely with other staff members to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Excellent customer service and communication skills.</li><li>A proactive problem-solver who can spot issues and find solutions.</li><li>A team player who follows standard operating procedures accurately.</li><li>A professional and helpful phone presence.</li></ul>Pay Scale: $18-20 per hour DOEWork Hours: 8:00pm - 5:00pm, Monday to FridayRequired Qualifications:<ul><li>Software Proficiency: Proficient in Quick Books, Word, Outlook, and Excel.</li><li>Experience: Prior experience in Customer Service or Office Management.</li><li>Technical Skills: Experienced in handling a multiple-line phone system.</li><li>Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Reliability: Dependability and great attendance are a must.</li><li>Soft Skills: A self-starter who can work independently, solve problems, and maintains a positive, team-oriented attitude.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hourExperience:<ul><li>QuickBooks: 4 years (Required)</li><li>Microsoft Excel: 4 years (Required)</li><li>Customer relationship management: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
