Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

The Role:
We are looking for a friendly, solution-oriented Receptionist to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, have an excellent phone presence, and love working in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Answer phones, assist customers with inquiries, and create work orders.
  • Order Management: Place orders for customers and coordinate with vendors.
  • Communication: Maintain clear contact with technicians, managers, and customers regarding schedules and lead times.
  • Database Management: Keep customer records accurate and up-to-date.
  • Proposals: Assist in building and presenting service proposals to clients.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with other staff members to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently.

Pay Scale: $18-20 per hour DOE

Work Hours: 8:00pm - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Required Qualifications:

  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Quick Books, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Experience: Prior experience in Customer Service or Office Management.
  • Technical Skills: Experienced in handling a multiple-line phone system.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Reliability: Dependability and great attendance are a must.
  • Soft Skills: A self-starter who can work independently, solve problems, and maintains a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Experience:

  • QuickBooks: 4 years (Required)
  • Microsoft Excel: 4 years (Required)
  • Customer relationship management: 4 years (Required)
