Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.The position includes bartending duties on all 3 floors of the historic Castle building located in downtown Rochester. This is a fast paced position with a high income earning potential in tips with our affluent clientele. Must be well spoken and well polished to meet the needs of our guests.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.</li><li>Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations.</li><li>Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to management.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate catering services for events as needed.</li><li>Uphold a positive atmosphere in the nightclub environment by interacting with guests in a friendly manner.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.</li><li>Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.</li><li>Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.</li><li>Familiarity with cash register operations and retail math for accurate transaction processing.</li><li>Experience in catering services is a plus but not required.</li><li>Ability to work well under pressure in a busy nightclub setting while maintaining professionalism.</li></ul>Join our team as a Bartender where your skills will shine, and your contributions will be valued!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $12.00 per hourWork Location: In person
