Latitudes Bar &amp; Grill is looking for a host to join our team.Looking for part or full, hourly position.The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service.Requirements: Must be 16 or older for host position<ul><li>Position Overview:</li></ul>We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to be the welcoming face of our restaurant. As a host, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have a delightful dining experience from the moment they walk through our doors.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet guests with a welcoming smile and genuine enthusiasm.</li><li>Manage reservations and waitlists using our booking system.</li><li>Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.</li><li>Coordinate seating to optimize restaurant flow and minimize wait times.</li><li>Address guest inquiries or concerns in a courteous and professional manner.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and front entrance.</li><li>Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.</li><li>Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.</li><li>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
