Latitudes Bar & Grill is looking for a host to join our team.

Looking for part or full, hourly position.

The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service.

• Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to be the welcoming face of our restaurant. As a host, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have a delightful dining experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a welcoming smile and genuine enthusiasm.
• Manage reservations and waitlists using our booking system.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Coordinate seating to optimize restaurant flow and minimize wait times.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and front entrance.
• Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
