This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in children&rsquo;s lives while gaining valuable experience in early childhood education.Duties<ul><li>Supervise children during play, learning activities, meals, and rest periods to ensure safety and well-being</li><li>Assist with implementing age-appropriate curriculum focusing on childhood development and early learning skills</li><li>Support children with daily routines such as diapering, feeding, and personal hygiene in accordance with health guidelines</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that promotes safety and encourages exploration</li><li>Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behaviors, and daily activities</li><li>Follow mandated reporting laws to report any concerns related to child safety or well-being promptly</li><li>Support classroom management strategies to promote positive behavior and social skills among children</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Experience working with children across various settings such as daycare centers, preschools, or babysitting/nannying roles</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices</li><li>Certification in first aid and CPR (including pediatric first aid) to ensure preparedness for emergencies</li><li>Familiarity with special education needs and experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus</li><li>Strong communication skills for effective parent interaction and teamwork within the childcare environment</li><li>Ability to manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques</li><li>Experience in infant care, toddler care, or preschool teaching enhances your ability to support diverse age groups effectively</li></ul>Join us in creating a nurturing space where children feel safe to explore, learn, and grow!
