Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a lively environment, including fine dining, nightclubs, and banquet settings, where your skills in serving and beverage preparation will be highly valued.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately according to standard recipes and customer preferences</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service experiences</li><li>Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling</li><li>Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations</li><li>Restock supplies as needed, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change</li><li>Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety compliance</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage service</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience as a bartender for at least 6 months is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices</li><li>Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor</li><li>Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations</li><li>Experience in food handling, serving, catering, or retail math is preferred</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including nights; experience in hospitality or food industry is highly desirable</li></ul>Join our team as a Bartender where your expertise in food industry standards combined with your passion for hospitality will contribute to memorable guest experiences.Job Type: Part-timePay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hourWork Location: In person
