Overview Join our vibrant team as a Daytime Bartender, working exclusively Sunday through Wednesday to craft memorable experiences for our guests. As a bartender, you will be the face of our establishment, creating a welcoming atmosphere while expertly mixing drinks and managing bar operations during daytime hours. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help foster a fun, safe, and engaging setting for all patrons.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote repeat visits.</li><li>Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and organization.</li><li>Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash or card transactions securely.</li><li>Ensure compliance with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies at all times.</li><li>Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during busy daytime shifts.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and safety throughout the venue.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining or upscale hospitality settings is highly preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to streamline order processing and sales tracking.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a lively environment such as nightclubs or banquet settings.</li><li>Knowledge of food handling, food safety protocols, and proper beverage serving techniques.</li><li>Experience in retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions.</li><li>Background in the food industry or hospitality sector demonstrating excellent time management and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Prior catering or banquet experience is a plus for managing special events efficiently.
