Join our vibrant team as a Daytime Bartender, working exclusively Sunday through Wednesday to craft memorable experiences for our guests. As a bartender, you will be the face of our establishment, creating a welcoming atmosphere while expertly mixing drinks and managing bar operations during daytime hours. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote repeat visits.
  • Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and organization.
  • Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash or card transactions securely.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies at all times.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during busy daytime shifts.
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and safety throughout the venue.

Experience

  • Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining or upscale hospitality settings is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to streamline order processing and sales tracking.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a lively environment such as nightclubs or banquet settings.
  • Knowledge of food handling, food safety protocols, and proper beverage serving techniques.
  • Experience in retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions.
  • Background in the food industry or hospitality sector demonstrating excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Prior catering or banquet experience is a plus for managing special events efficiently.
