LaunchPad Counseling is seeking an independently licensed therapist to provide outpatient therapy primarily to children and adolescents.This position may be part-time or full-time. Clinicians choose their own working hours, although afternoon and early-evening availability is generally needed to develop a full caseload. LaunchPad provides referrals, billing and administrative support so clinicians can focus on their clients.Why join LaunchPad Counseling?<ul><li>Established flow of child and adolescent referrals, with option to see adults if preferred</li><li>Flexible scheduling and control over your caseload</li><li>Billing, insurance and administrative support</li><li>Supportive and collaborative clinical environment</li><li>Optional monthly clinical consultation</li><li>Paid time off and paid holidays for eligible employees</li><li>Retirement plan with employer matching for eligible employees</li><li>Increased earning potential for clinicians who choose a larger caseload</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide outpatient therapy primarily to children and teens (and adults if preferred).</li><li>Complete assessments, treatment plans and progress notes accurately and promptly</li><li>Maintain a caseload of at least 15 completed weekly appointments for part-time employment or a standard full-time caseload of approximately 22 or more completed weekly appointments</li><li>Participate in one monthly virtual staff meeting</li><li>Participate in optional monthly clinical consultation</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy or a related field</li><li>Active, independent Virginia license as an LPC, LCSW or LMFT</li><li>Previous experience providing therapy to children or adolescents</li><li>Ability to provide in-person services at our Richmond office</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Training or experience in play therapy</li><li>Experience working with clients from diverse racial, cultural, family and LGBTQ+ backgrounds</li></ul>Compensation and benefitsEstimated annual compensation ranges from $55,000 to $85,000, depending on the clinician&rsquo;s chosen caseload and number of completed appointments. Clinicians maintaining a standard full-time caseload can expect to earn approximately $75,000 or more annually, with increased compensation for appointments completed above the standard full-time caseload. Clinicians are also compensated for late cancellations and no-shows when the practice&rsquo;s cancellation policy applies.
