The Marketing Manager will primarily drive lead generation efforts across digital and offline channels, ensuring a consistent and high-quality lead pipeline that directly contributes to sales and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation &amp; Performance Marketing<ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, and other paid/organic channels to maximize lead volume and quality.</li><li>Track and analyze KPIs including CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates to ensure campaign effectiveness.</li><li>Implement continuous A/B testing and campaign optimization to improve lead conversion and reduce costs.</li><li>Collaborate with Sales to align campaigns with conversion goals and pipeline requirements.</li><li>Introduce automation and tools to scale lead generation and improve efficiency.</li></ul>Strategic Marketing &amp; Planning<ul><li>Develop and implement marketing strategies focused on driving qualified leads aligned with company sales objectives.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor campaigns, and regulatory updates in the UAE business setup sector to refine lead acquisition strategies.</li><li>Assist in planning and managing budgets to ensure optimal ROI from lead generation activities.</li></ul>Branding &amp; Content Support<ul><li>Ensure marketing content (website, landing pages, social media, emails) is optimized for lead capture and conversion.</li><li>Support content creation for campaigns that nurture leads through the funnel (e.g., email sequences, webinars, case studies).</li></ul>Team Leadership &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>Lead the marketing team with a focus on lead generation KPIs and accountability.</li><li>Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless follow-up on leads.</li><li>Conduct regular performance reviews and set KPIs for team members related to lead acquisition and conversion.</li></ul>Client Acquisition &amp; Retention Support<ul><li>Develop campaigns that attract new clients while supporting referral, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives.</li><li>Analyze lead behavior and feedback to continuously improve targeting and messaging strategies.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Analytics<ul><li>Provide detailed reports on lead quality, pipeline growth, campaign ROI, and acquisition costs to senior management.</li><li>Use analytics and CRM tools to monitor campaign success and identify opportunities for scaling.</li></ul>Innovation &amp; Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Stay updated on the latest lead generation technologies, marketing trends, and AI-driven tools.</li><li>Test and adopt new channels, partnerships, and strategies to expand lead sources.</li><li>Ensure all marketing activities contribute to a high-quality, revenue-generating lead pipeline.</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.</li><li>Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven expertise in lead generation.</li><li>Prior experience in B2B marketing, preferably in UAE business setup, SaaS, or related industries.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
