The Marketing Manager will primarily drive lead generation efforts across digital and offline channels, ensuring a consistent and high-quality lead pipeline that directly contributes to sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, and other paid/organic channels to maximize lead volume and quality.
  • Track and analyze KPIs including CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates to ensure campaign effectiveness.
  • Implement continuous A/B testing and campaign optimization to improve lead conversion and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with Sales to align campaigns with conversion goals and pipeline requirements.
  • Introduce automation and tools to scale lead generation and improve efficiency.

Strategic Marketing & Planning

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies focused on driving qualified leads aligned with company sales objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor campaigns, and regulatory updates in the UAE business setup sector to refine lead acquisition strategies.
  • Assist in planning and managing budgets to ensure optimal ROI from lead generation activities.

Branding & Content Support

  • Ensure marketing content (website, landing pages, social media, emails) is optimized for lead capture and conversion.
  • Support content creation for campaigns that nurture leads through the funnel (e.g., email sequences, webinars, case studies).

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead the marketing team with a focus on lead generation KPIs and accountability.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless follow-up on leads.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and set KPIs for team members related to lead acquisition and conversion.

Client Acquisition & Retention Support

  • Develop campaigns that attract new clients while supporting referral, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives.
  • Analyze lead behavior and feedback to continuously improve targeting and messaging strategies.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Provide detailed reports on lead quality, pipeline growth, campaign ROI, and acquisition costs to senior management.
  • Use analytics and CRM tools to monitor campaign success and identify opportunities for scaling.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated on the latest lead generation technologies, marketing trends, and AI-driven tools.
  • Test and adopt new channels, partnerships, and strategies to expand lead sources.
  • Ensure all marketing activities contribute to a high-quality, revenue-generating lead pipeline.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven expertise in lead generation.
  • Prior experience in B2B marketing, preferably in UAE business setup, SaaS, or related industries.
