 What You&rsquo;ll Do:

 Speak confidently with potential patients via phone and email.
 </li>
 <li>
 Explain dental procedures clearly and support patients throughout their consultation journey.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build rapport and trust through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use CRM systems to manage patient data, sales activity, and appointments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyse sales performance and implement strategies for improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve through training.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Fluent Romanian, Polish or Bulgarian (spoken &amp; written) &mdash; essential.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience as a medical consultant in the dental field is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Confident in CRM software and administrative tasks.
 </li>
 <li>
 A valid residence permit is required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-oriented and organised.
 </li>
