Medical Sales Consultant – Dental Field

We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Medical Sales Consultant to join our growing team at Laura Dental Center. If you have experience in the dental field, a passion for patient communication, and a strong sales mindset, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Speak confidently with potential patients via phone and email.
• Explain dental procedures clearly and support patients throughout their consultation journey.
• Build rapport and trust through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Use CRM systems to manage patient data, sales activity, and appointments.
• Analyse sales performance and implement strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve through training.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent Romanian, Polish or Bulgarian (spoken & written) — essential.
• Experience as a medical consultant in the dental field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in CRM software and administrative tasks.
• A valid residence permit is required.
• Detail-oriented and organised.
