</div><div><b>Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul> <li>Be in charge of daily classroom activities</li>
<li> Supervise children to ensure a safe, positive, and engaging environment indoors and outdoors</li>
<li>Assist children with developing social and emotional skills</li>
<li> Assist children with daily routines, including snacks, cleanup, and transitions</li>
<li> Encourage social, emotional, and early developmental skills</li>
<li> Help maintain a clean and organized classroom</li>
<li>Communicate with parents and other school personnel</li>
<li> Provide support during nap time</li>
<li>Creating weekly lesson plans</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>12 child development unit's minimum required</li>
<li>CPR/First Aid certification required</li>
<li>Background check required</li>
<li>Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor</li>
<li>Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines</li>
<li>Problem-solving and mediation skills</li>
<li> Ability to work well as part of a team</li>
