 Role Summary
 
 
 Sales-oriented pre-sales leader responsible for driving, shaping, and closing managed services opportunities across Infrastructure, Software, and Application Support. Partners with Account Managers and Delivery to create outcome-based solutions with clear commercial and operational value.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 &bull; Drive pipeline growth and deal closure for Managed Services opportunities
 
 
 &bull; Partner with Account Managers on account strategy, opportunity qualification, and pursuit execution
 
 
 &bull; Lead client discovery and solutioning focused on measurable outcomes (cost, stability, scalability, experience)
 
 
 &bull; Define managed services scope, operating models, SLAs, KPIs, and governance
 
 
 &bull; Own commercials, pricing models, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and business cases
 
 
 &bull; Experience creating pricing, cost models, and multi-year managed services proposals
 
 
 &bull; Ability to engage with CXOs, IT leaders, and procurement teams
 
 
 &bull; Ensure strong Sales-to-Delivery handover with accountability for committed outcomes
 
 
 &bull; Ability to sell outcomes, not just services
 
 
 &bull; Strong understanding of Infrastructure, Software, and Application Managed Services models
 
 
 &bull; Expertise in managed services economics, pricing, and margin management
 
 
 &bull; Executive-level client communication and value-based selling Experience &amp; Skills
 
 
 &bull; 8+ years in IT services with strong Managed Services pre-sales or solutioning experience
 
 
 &bull; Proven success in winning and closing managed services deals
 
 
 &bull; Knowledge of ITIL, SLAs, KPIs, and governance frameworks
 
 
 &bull; Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
