Role Summary

Sales-oriented pre-sales leader responsible for driving, shaping, and closing managed services opportunities across Infrastructure, Software, and Application Support. Partners with Account Managers and Delivery to create outcome-based solutions with clear commercial and operational value.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive pipeline growth and deal closure for Managed Services opportunities

• Partner with Account Managers on account strategy, opportunity qualification, and pursuit execution

• Lead client discovery and solutioning focused on measurable outcomes (cost, stability, scalability, experience)

• Define managed services scope, operating models, SLAs, KPIs, and governance

• Own commercials, pricing models, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and business cases

• Experience creating pricing, cost models, and multi-year managed services proposals

• Ability to engage with CXOs, IT leaders, and procurement teams

• Ensure strong Sales-to-Delivery handover with accountability for committed outcomes

• Ability to sell outcomes, not just services

• Strong understanding of Infrastructure, Software, and Application Managed Services models

• Expertise in managed services economics, pricing, and margin management

• Executive-level client communication and value-based selling Experience & Skills

• 8+ years in IT services with strong Managed Services pre-sales or solutioning experience

• Proven success in winning and closing managed services deals

• Knowledge of ITIL, SLAs, KPIs, and governance frameworks

• Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
